Kara is an Evolutionary Leader, Inventor, Entrepreneur and Collective Impact Facilitator. She has extensive experience training, facilitating and graphic recording for high level government, academic and non-profit clients around the world in strategy, sustainable design and systems change.
The Love Organized vision became clear to her through visiting ecovillages around the world and convening systems changing innovators through World Unity Week annual convergences.
Emma van den Boogert
Community Lead
Emma is a group facilitator, purpose coach, and community builder with a deep passion for creating sourced and resourced spaces in which people can connect to deeper intelligence.
She studied Political Science and has a background in Non-Violent Communication, Circling and Transformational Connection, music and community building. Focusing on projects in the field where collective emergence meets societal and planetary impact.
Laurent Winsback
Communications
A former TV journalist turned Integral Coach, Laurent navigates the space between two worlds: a keen interest in new technologies and a profound reconnection to the natural world. After years of exploring various collective initiatives in search of a shared vision, he finally found his tribe at Love Organized. Within the community, he serves as a grounding force, bridging the gap between soulful vision and practical implementation. When he isn't streamlining workflows, he is usually found in the Pyrenees mountains, listening to the wisdom of the trees.

With over 20 years of experience, Founder and CEO of the Biofield Awareness Institute, Dan specializes in organizational leadership, executive coaching, and strategic thinking. He works with CEOs and nonprofit leaders, across North America, fostering growth and transformation. His mission is to empower organizations and individuals to achieve clarity and purpose through actionable strategies and collaborative leadership. He inpires leaders to get in touch with multiple dimensions of energy and creativity for exceptional results.
Anne-Marie Voorhoeve
Anne-Marie is a spiritual business strategist working with visionaries and leaders to transform the dominant paradigm from fear to love and manifest a world that truly works for all. She initiates and participates as project leader in ‘meshworking’ - multi stakeholder processes. The nature of a meshwork is to commit to a meaningful and ambitious goal, to find the people and resources and develop the structures to achieve that goal. She dedicates a great deal of her time to build the network of networks that manifest the new paradigm

Dale Allen
Dale is Co-Founder of Conscious Lead and Conscious Equity. She is a leadership development coach who supports teams and communities to make conscious, non-harming decisions while reaching their visions and missions. She has worked with Director Generals, Assistant Deputy Ministers, and Senior Managers in the Canadian public service, as well as executives in South Africa and the Caribbean.
Dale is a partner, mother of two, and lifelong dancer. Nothing brings her more joy than a spontaneous dance party and deep convos, and that same joy infuses the way she helps others move through the hidden weight of leadership into more ease, equity, love and genuine connection.
Kriton Arsenis
For over 35 years, Kriton Arsenis has dedicated his life to turning ambitious nature restoration dreams into reality. With a rare blend of strategic vision and hands-on experience spanning European politics, biodynamic farming, and systems-change campaigning, he has helped organisations, governments, and movements achieve what once seemed impossible. From rewilding landscapes to protecting the world's last roadless forests, Kriton brings both passion and pragmatism to every challenge. He leads reLife Earth, bringing awareness and action to water issues in his home country of Greece. Holding a Harvard MPA and a deep love for the living world, Kriton believes every "mission impossible" project for nature has a winning strategy waiting to be found.

Tonya is fuelled by her belief in the power of collaboration and belonging. She knows that putting the right people in a room is only the first step in creating real change. If you truly want to radically redesign our future, you need to first build a culture where everyone knows they have value and a voice.
She did this with the Constellation Model, an entirely new take on governance. She did this with the Centre for Social Innovation, which re-invented the workplace by collecting social purpose organizations under one roof. Stephen Gomes is engaged in several roles all aimed at accelerating humanity's transition from a non sustainable extractive economic system to one based on regeneration that serves all living systems. The general theme of all his work is “Kinship.” He is the originator and Board Chair of the Kinship Earth Flow Funding Foundation, Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder of Gaia’s Game, Inc and Gaia’s Game Foundation, and a pioneer and leader with the SEEDS Collaboratory Decentralized Autonomous Organization, who helped deploy SEEDS, the first Earth -friendly crypto currency and its blockchain-based digital wallet. As a consultant at Cultivating Leadership, Naryan works with large corporations in Toronto Canada to approach complex challenges in new ways. He co-authored the book 'Human Work: Five Leadership Mindsets for Humanising the Workplace' describing a vision for a new kind of organization, one that truly brings out the best in its people, unleashing creativity and innovation that supports the business.
As cofounder of the Well Being Economy Alliance Canada, Nyryan is a strategic leader, making critical partnerships and prototyping the new wellbeing economy in embodied summer camp and ‘big tent’ events.
