Meet EMMA, Community Lead
Hello!
My name is Emma van den Boogert and I’m the community lead for Love Organized.
What I find special about the Love Organized vision is the shift from a high-level vision of “a better world for all” into concrete, lived systems that can be prototyped, tested, and improved in real communities. It takes abstract ideals and tries to translate them into governance, economic, and educational infrastructures that actually change daily life at the ground level. And there is a strong intention to weave together the efforts of global pioneers into a coordinated field of action, so that isolated innovations become a coherent system.
The online community of Love Organized is the first step into this direction: a space where conscious changemakers come together in a field which is regenerative, supportive and creative. From here, we begin to form Pods: small- embodied groups that support us in how we relate, experiment and create.
I’m excited to be the community lead and one of the facilitators of the Pods. I care about creating environments rooted in presence and aliveness, and feel nourished and empowered to take next steps in what matters most to us.
I work as a career and life coach, community consultant and facilitator. I love being part of a larger vision for humanity: co-creating regenerative ways of living, leading, relating and building community together.

PURPOSE PODS
In a Purpose Pod, you and your podmates will go through a facilitated 6 month process exploring your purpose, deconstructing unhelpful patterns, becoming visible, and orienting life and work in line with your soul's deeper desires and dreams.
Deep friendship and bonds are formed as you become your best you. Your pod might choose to continue on after the 6 month program, self-facilitated with a continuation guide book and support from Emma and the community team.
You can train to become a paid pod facilitator. Purpose Pods will Launch when we have 8 ppl committed to start the inaugural Pod!
ACCELERATION MASTERMIND
For advanced leaders and builders, working in regeneration, wanting to collaborate on projects and businesses and drive momentum foward on systemic change.
Learn more deeply what other systems changers are working on and how to synergize.
Learn and practice deeper concepts of sociocracy, meshworking, conflict resolution, impact investing, fundraising, practice using community currencies and help build the learning and earning prototypes in your city/bioregion.
This Yang energy grounds the big ideas and gets resources flowing into the commons governance structures of Love Organized.
